Hi, I’m Sarah Upton
I trained with Calm Yoga in Derby, known for having some of the best instructors and most in-depth teacher training in the area. Though the studio has now closed, I’m proud to carry that knowledge forward into every class I teach.

Since qualifying in October 2023, I’ve been teaching regularly across four leisure centres to students of all ages and fitness levels. My classes are challenging but accessible always focused on breath, movement, and creating space for people to feel good in their bodies.
